App stopped working. It will not download the complete issue.

For some reason the app went German. No idea how. I did NOT change it and no idea how to return back to English. Sent complaint and of course no response. And after subscribing to a years worth, after only one issue so far I can NOT read next issue unless I buy it. Stay away until they fix this app.

The first issue I downloaded was fine. Then the app language changed to German! Now its back to English but I still cant download the newest issue. I want a refund and Ill just buy the paper magazine again.

I have had problems with this app for a long time! I can never read the books I have purchased, and it will never let me past the fourth page!

The app is the worst app ever !! First of all , you have to buy every issue in order to read it !! Second of all , the first update was in German !! Now its in English but you still have to buy all the issues . Stay away from this app and go back to the paperback books !!

This app is still terrible!!! How can I go about getting a refund?

This app is terrible. An earlier version was very good but the update ruined it. Have had to email problem complaints to them weekly. Now my magazines wont even open! Pick up your next copy of abc soaps at the checkout aisle.

I decided to resubscribe to ABC Soaps In Depth magazine this year when I discovered that it was available on app for iPhone. I figured why not? Ill be saving some trees and have instant viewing access right from the palm of my hand. Such has been true so far, but the latter has proven to be a lesson in patience because the app is S-L-O-W! One could argue that maybe its just my phone and that I probably have too many apps, but make no mistake about it, THE APP IS SLOW. I have an iPhone with 64 GB of memory and this is the only app that I have to constantly reload every. single. time. It takes forever to load an issue, and if I want to go back to view an older issue, thats almost a hassle to do because sometimes they wont show up so I have to restore all of my previous issues which I then have to download again. Look, I have the Soap Opera Digest app as well and its exactly what a magazine app should be - quick to load, sends out a notification when a new issue is available for download, and allows you to interact with fellow readers and to send some tidbits out to other social media platforms to pique interest. I dont plagiarizing, but in this case, I highly suggest that the people behind this "steal a page" from SODs app. My subscription renewal is coming up soon and I would love to keep supporting the soap medium in every way that I can so help a girl help you, SID.

The previous issue stopped downloading at page 92 and nothing I tried fixed the problem, nor did the app developer respond to my email. The current issue has random missing pages. Again, no response! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Im very dissatisfied with this app. Im constantly missing issues/getting them late. There are no interactive features like Soap Opera Digest where you can share articles & pictures or download to your stream. I pay less for a years subscription of Soap Digest then I do for a 6 month subscription for this magazine.

If I could give negative stars I would. Issues that are missing, late & customer service is nonexistent! Do not use this app. You will be wasting your money.

I wont be renewing! For the 2nd time Im going to download the newest issue except it doesnt recognize my subscription! So now I have to pay for the subscription AND the issue?!

Tried to download the latest issue. It says I have to purchase it. I just renewed my subscription at the end of June for six months. I certainly dont want to have to purchase it again! This is extremely frustrating, uggghhhh!

Just ordered this online magazine two days ago and as of today when the new issue came out I was unable to access the magazine when I put my email address in it states not registered seems funny that they found me when they took my money but not when I want access to the service.... Go figure !!!!!

Abc soaps in depth is awesome, I have been buying this magazine now for about 6 months, & Im hooked. Always got to make sure I have the latest magazine, I expectially have to have them now that I go to class a lot. Or I feel all lost on my show

I am a HUGE Soap opera fan! Years ago I watched 14 Daytime Soaps & about 4 Nighttime Soaps! Whats ironic to me now is that there are only 4 SOAPS LEFT ON TV 3 channels, so basically, ABC & NBC Each have their SOAPS IN DEPTH devoted to ONE SHOW- ABC- GH & NBC- DOOL! I LOVE THESE MAGAZINES! My only complaint is the. PRICE!! But, I LOVE TO GET THE SCOOPS!

I love getting the magazine on my Ipad!!! I did have a little trouble at times it does want you to subscribe again but all you have to do is go into the menu and click restore.

I really dont like the fact that each issue is in the stores days before its available on the app. App freezes a lot and I have to pretend to renew to get it to respond. Emailed and got nothing. If you get to actually read it its a good magazine.
